I've been on this forum for some time and occasionally I see people update their inquiry, understandable as I had nearly forgotten about this.

So I found a space in WSW on budget about a month ago, not so "artsy" but it's central enough that I can go to different spots around the city. I tried looking at the more artsy neighborhoods but trying to find a good space was near difficult so I gave up on that criteria and spread my search all over CC.

Will be in Philly next week, let's see how this works out! My nerves are and will be frayed.

Cheers!

Thanks for coming back with an update! And yes, Center City is compact enough that you're never too far from any of its neighborhoods.
