At long last, we will be moving to Philadelphia in early January. Once there, we will start looking at property to buy. In the meantime, we will need temporary living where we can set up base. We want to be in Center City so we can better experience the neighborhoods we hope to settle in. We are looking for a furnished 1 BR apartment or condo we can lease month-to-month until we close on a property. We are familiar with sublet.com.
