without going to much in personal detail this is what I was going to send you
continue to send the amount you told me on the large balance the remaining of the "budgeted" amount apply to the other card. Apply any money from the P/T job to the large balance.
Normally I am not a fan of constant BT because having a long history with a card is one of the things that affects your credit score. With making these types of payments you will have greatly reduced the balances when the "0" apr offers expire. Transferring them to another card at that time will not make an impact on your score because it is so high.
One thing to keep an eye out for is sometime cards will make offers to long time member for very low fixed rates till the balance is paid.
I have a balance on a card that is 1.99% till it is paid. I am earning more in my money market account so I won't pay the balance.
