Found this in the New York Time, 11/1/1970... (I know this is about 40 years, but it is all I could find)
Miss Lorraine de Mun, who is with the international department of the First National City Bank, and John Farah, an architect with Skidmore, Owings Merrill, were married here yesterday afternoon in St. Nicholas Cathedral of the Russian Orthodox Church. The Right Rev. George Burdikoff performed the ceremony.

Altho, they are no longer married, perhaps he knows where she is, if the above mentioned is not her.
