Steven Koecher disappeared after leaving his vehicle parked in a cul de sac of Sun City Anthem, Henderson, NV. He was captured on camera leaving his vehicle at noon on December 13, 2009 and his vehicle was discovered still parked where he left it on December 15, 2009.
