searching for cousin (children, lost, name, birth)

Hi Im trying to get in touch with my cousin who lives in Milwaukee,we lost
touch when I came back to England .Its been a few years now but think of her often, her single name is Michele Hammond she has four children Alan,Amanda,Jay and Hayley.Unfortunatley I have no address for her but
would love to see her again so if anyone knows her please .would they get in touch via this forum, thankyou.She was married to Chuck but believe they have been divorced for many years.

What is her married surname, and her middle initial? Are you certain she spells Michelle with one "L" ? What is her birthdate or approximate age? Are any of her children over 21?
