Looking for my dad Jorge I Ospina (records, phones, neighbor)

I have looked online on everysite i can get into..I have found deed's, mortgages, satifactions.. and his address and recently paid Taxes for his county... but can't find a phone number... Can anyone help?

I havent seen him since I was probably 13 or 14 and I know I have two sisters I would love to meet...

You might have to send a letter than. Many people these days only use cell phones which seldome show up in a search.

I have thought of that but here is the only thing stopping me from that is if his wife does not want him to have contact with me (because I believe she knows about me) might recieve the letter and throw it out and he will never know im looking for him.

I will probabaly have to fly out there and wait til he leaves for work and try talking to him with out his family there. I don't know what their reactions would be towards me and i defenitly dont want a confrontation like that.

Now I bet there is someone who's working there long enough so he knows some people who live on that street too. So if you can somehow persuade them to give you contact info of possibly your father or other neighbor who is in that area? You have a bit of risk here though...but I think it's worth giving a try. Telling how things are honestly usually works out always.

Well i just called 411 and asked for a number on Jorge I Ospina 121 faulkner street and they said they have it but it is a unpublished number and they can not provide me with it... OMG i have read only privite detectives and police enforcement can obtain those unpublished numbers.
I will have to try and contact his family members which im not sure i want to do but atleast i have that info..

I want to thank everyone one here for all their help. With the pieces that everyone gave me it led us towards the right direction. I created a Facebook page and was able to locate my two sisters and through them my father. I spoke to both of my sisters online last night and it turns out they were looking for me as well. I will be meeting with them later this month as well as with my father. Again thank you every one!!!!
