I am trying to find my brother. I met him when I was a child but I haven't seen him in almost 20 years, and Im 22 now. So here is what I know. He could be in PA, NY, KY, UT, or maybe VA. I have heard a few different places from different people. His name is James Allen Whiteny, but he may of changed his last name is Mills. His mom's name is Kathy Mills, i believe. Our dads name is Randy James Whitney. James is between 28-31. Thats about all I know. If anyone has any information, I just want to say Hi to him, and maybe gain a brother out of all this. Dear Racheal, I met you a long time ago, I think. Your Dad Randy J Whitney used to live in Northern Va. Mostly in the Fairfax, Zepp, Front Royal area. I'm quite certain I met your Mom. I didn't know you had a brother. But that wouldn't surprise me. I'm writing to you to let you know that your Dad Randy James Whitney died a couple months ago, if this is the same Randy that was a brother to Ritch, Kelly, Steve, Ricky, and so on. He died in Stevens City, Va. In his sleep. He was a Bad man,I havn't seen him in a long, long time, since 1993. When he moved to Alaska, I can't help you in finding James Whitney, but I hope you do some time soon.
