My boyfriend, has a brother who was born at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany on August 26th, 1982. His birth name was Jeremy Joseph Kendall and he was adopted by an American family in May of 1984 out of the town Bitburg. We have been tirelessly looking for him this is how far we have gotten. Any suggestions?

I should mention their mother, Janine Heath, is mentally ill in Florida. Fathers name is Kristopher Kendall.

So since born at Landstuhl - was a parent in the army when he was born? and possibly the adopted parents the same?

Yes he was in the army. We have no idea who adopted him in 84 from Bitgurg.
