from Wyoming, Decilla Anderson Curtis--- maiden name (friend, sister, old)

I've been wondering for years about my childhood friend Decilla. This is an unusual name so I thought someone out there might know her. Her maiden last name was Anderson and her stepfather's name was Dean Curtis. She would be about 47 years old now. We grew up in Manderson, Wyoming. She had a sister Elsie who would be about 45 now. I can't remember her mom's or other siblings' names. Thanks for your help!!!
