Can anyone compare Manheim Township to the Fertility area (directly East of downtown, slightly below route 30)?

Not living in either section I hate make judgements but based on what I see when I drive past I'd consider the Township. Less congestion and more family friendly.

Manheim Township will keep you out of the horrendous tourist traffic and general congestion during peak travel times (rush hour/weekends) because you'll be able to find back roads and do most of your business on the north side of Route 30.
