I wish I would have found out about this sooner but this seems interesting. I hope it's a sign of more clean energy to come to Franklin county.

Good luck, and don't sign anything at the event. Do your research on the company.

They will explain how to get tax breaks for solar panels made in China effectively subsidizing Chinese manufacturers with US and PA taxpayer dollars.

Long live Dirty Coal!!! I know that's your business and I hope you are of an age to retire soon, but coal is going the way of VHS.

My business involvement with coal would be residential and commercial heating using anthracite. The primary customer would be people that do not have access to gas which of course there is plenty of in PA and the Northeast US. Compared to wood or wood pellets for example the only advantage they have is less ash and that is all things considered.

Furthermore if you are Pennsylvania resident nearly every dollar you spend from the coal to the heating unit stays right here in PA, specifically Northeast PA.

Lastly if you are using oil or wood for heat and want to compare particulate emissions bring it on.

Well the coal lobby got rid of solar tax credits. Similarly, manufacturers would make solar panels in the USA if coal and oil and gas producers didn’t long against them.

Before I get into any discussion about this you'll have to clarify your position. Is it cheap and affordable or do they require subsidies to compete?
