Wow, kids these days don't get assignments over the Christmas holiday break? Eesh, how times have changed, and I'm barely 30.

I remember one year, we went to visit family over Christmas that was an 8+ hour drive away. I brought my homework with me, and did it little by little every day. Really don't see how this impinges on enjoying the holiday, in either secular or religious ways.

^The semester ends before the break so all assignments have to be turned in before that so they can calculate the grades.

As far back as I can remember (i'm 31) that's always the way it has been for me at least.
