I have a problem when kids should get 5USD every week and some more when they behave well but I never have exact amount of cash.

How do you keep track and remember how much pocket money you should give to kids?

You keep it in an envelope hidden in your desk or dresser.

Calculate the amount, withdraw it at one time (or twice a year or once a month or whatever your budget can handle) and keep it handy in an envelope.

Sorry, the bolded doesn't make sense to me. Are you trying to remember how much you HAVE given at a certain point in time, or during a specific time frame?

I give my son $100 on the first of each month. After that I don't need to keep track of it.

There's probably an app to help you remember to give the money and to keeps tabs on what's been given. My 7 year old does a pretty good job reminding me to get cash back when we are out shopping and when she's done what she needs to do to earn it.
