Around here it is "church trips" and missions to do roofing for poor folks. Something to write in that essay for an internship.

Probaly the second part most often . Then again depending on the area she lives it might be the opposite. I would say where i grew up that mostly it would be when you said dewdrop.

I think it's the spirit of adventure, wanting something to write in that essay for an internship, and doing it b/c it is the right thing to do, in that order. These kind of trips are very popular around here (metro Denver), too.
