I used to live below a man whose teenaged son came home after school and played the radio REALLLLY LOUD. Considering he only did it for an hour or so till Dad came home I was ok with it. I tried HARD to keep my patience, I didn't have small children napping at that time or anything and it was in the afternoon not evening. It can be very annoying though.
