You can't make this stuff up, folks. Jersey City police believe they have caught the man responsible for peeing on the legs of several women since December. Nitinkuma Patel, 27, of Secaucus, NJ, was caught in the act, peeing on the back of a 16-year-old girl's legs as she walked down the street yesterday morning.
Weird stuff...LOL. We had an odd story similar to that here locally a few years back. Police here in town nabbed a man for hiding under cars, tables, counters, you name it, and licking women's feet. Foot fetish gone mad!!!...LOL. The local news guy reporting the story was laughing so much they had to cut to a commercial.
Seriously, see what happens when boys have a toy to play with. Weird people out there.
