What are annoying says that were popular but are so over used now? (home)

Think about the saying that were cool in your era.
Some that I hear that are just used too much:

1. Dude-used a lot and still hear it now.
2.That's Phat, with a ph.
3. That's rad.
4. That's dope.
5.That's hot.
6. Tubular
7. That rocks.
8. No duh.
9. Get your freak on.
10. That's sweet.
11. Nice ice.
12. For sure.
13. As if.

Lol Its just for shat and giggles...so if you have time think about it.

Two that I can't stand are: "my bad" and "it's all good".

The one that irritates me the most is a phrase now used by every politician, business man and General under the sun: "Going forward."

It's become THE phrase to use, I guess to make the user look like he's got a plan. Just once, I'd like to hear one say somthing like, "We'll continue to do this going backwards."

I don't mind if a friend says it to my but lately the most obnoxious person said "later girlfriend" to me. I was irritated because she was the biggest airhead I've ever met. I was trying to teach her something and it was like there was no brain.
