CHARLEY!!! This is not good news - I'm a stockholder!
Sorry. Two years ago they started digging up my street for FIOS, and since that point my service has been terrible. There have been some phone conversations where I could not even hear the other party for all the noise on the line. They did nothing to improve it, although I did hear those empty words, "I do apologize" more often than I care to repeat.
Further, their billing is a mess and they no longer care about the customer. I asked several times to be placed on the list for "no marketing". They continued to say OK, you're on the list and I continued to get calls and letters asking me to switch to their precious FIOS. I finally reached a point where I just couldn't deal with them any further.
I'm sure one little customer like me won't have any impact on the stock price.
Hope everybody that's lucky are looking forward to their 3 day weekend!!
