I sure will never forget that terrible day. I think about the victims each and every year. And I still can't believe this has really taken place, it seems so unreal... But unfortunately, this is no fiction...
That day changed the whole world...
My heart goes out to *everyone* affected by that terrible day, and I thank our troops, past and present.
But I would like to offer a special thank you to September 11th's 1st responders.
Their bravery and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
I can still remember what I was doing the moment I found out, it is etched in my memory forever as I was watching the news and then to see that second plane hit the towers. My heart aches today for all who died, lost loved ones.
Our world as we knew it died on September 11, 2001 and has never been the same since.
Thank you GS. All who lost loved ones and friends are in my thoughts today.
