I've never liked my real name. When I was a kid, I changed it to Linda. That lasted a day or two. I've seriously considered having it changed, but I really can't come up with something that I feel suits me.

well i'm screwed either way. My maiden name had an actual word meaning, then I married into a Peter Pan type (ex, ex, ex) who has an actual word for last name too. So I guess the only "actual name" I own is Alice.
I'm not owning anyone's name anymore *shakes head*
