I've only been on this site for a short time and have wittnessed some people who purposely and knowingly become very irrate with another member on here and call them names etc.Is there a reason why this happens?

I was taught to always show respect for another persons comments even if I may from time disagree with them.I'm sure there's gotta be a way to agree to disagree with someone without showing disrepect for them.

These are two quotes that are most fitting.

The biggest sin that we never forgive in each other is a difference of opinion.

The most terrible fight is not when there is one opinion against another, the most terrible is when two men say the same thing and fight about the interpetatation.

There are topics in some of the forums that have caused other readers to get very upset. Typically you’ll find these topics associated with politics, religion and even the state forums where opinions differ, so I’ve learned to try and stay out of those areas and avoid reading the posts that cause me to become upset. There are too many other forums that contain very good topics and postings to visit and read so why spend time with those who argue some point and get angry at one another?
