Hello everyone thank you for welcoming me. I agree with you...cooking should be fun and it shouldn't take forever. I love to cook and I'm actually really good at whipping things together in minutes. I'm actually working on a panini recipe book right now. It's almost done. I'm Italian hence...the cooking part of me. We love to eat! (ha ha) Looking forward to posting recipes and trying out some of yours...YUMMMMY!
