Just something to think about---cigarette smoking probably causes as many cavities as sweets! I never knew that so your dentist will probably will be pleased although maybe not because he won't be making as much money!!

I think about you and your quest to stop smoking each day Sunny! I hope it is going well.
I am now on day 29 no smoking. It gets soooooooo much easier now with each day.
