Did everyone catch the date? Did you look at it real close to make sure it is really today and not some other month? I wouldn't want another incident such as yesterdays ? of the Day sneaking into this thread, too. Poor karla. She's so confused.
Onward!
Todays Pet Peeve. People who seem to daydream to the Nth degree when driving. That is to say, their eyes are open, the engine is running, the light turns green and they just sit there. I mean, are they getting a pedicure or something? Is there ANYPLACE where a green light means something other than go?
Yep and when you blow the horn they get mad.
I really hate it when they do this in the fast last. They toddle along and you can't pass them cuz the people in the right are going slow. I usually put my lights on and off. They dont' llike that either and one guy last week gave me the finger when he got finally did get over.
Day dreaming at the traffic light is one of the worst things that happen. When you get a green arrow to turn left,,,, “DO IT!” ~ it only last for a few seconds and everyone behind you will NOT be allowed to turn just because you wanted to day dream or text message someone while stopped at the light. MOVE IT or park it.
Ok, I had to take the dreaded I-4 into work to day and saw all types of these people. How do they drive that road everyday is beyond me!
And will tailgaters please explain the attraction of this? I looked up twice and couldn't see anything but a big grill of a really big truck in my window.
Seriously, I can only go as fast as the car in front of me. Is this like a power trip of some sort?
I think we need to petition getting a new “blue” light added to the already in place traffic lights. When the blue light comes on ~ everyone who failed to take advantage of their green light can now go on the blue light instead ~ thus making up for their mistake and allowing them to continue on their trip.
The blue light special allows those who failed to stop on the red, drive through the yellow, or go on the green to use the “blue light” to cross the intersection.

Funny you mention that, when I run into that I always ask out loud if theyre gonna just 'sit there and play checkers all day' or...
Arrrg!
While stopped for a light in town yesterday, I glanced over to see a young woman eating - texting - drinking - she was very busy when the light changed and I drove away. I could hear the people behind her honking. What has happened to just driving when you are in the drivers seat???
Do men or women do more cell phoning and texting? It seems that I always see women doing the cell phone thing,,, but then I'm always looking at women more the men.
I don't understand the texting when you can "talk" instead.
Oh I see the day dreaming thing every time I drive through the 25 mph school zone. They are that zoned that they fly through doing 35 mph or more! When kids are present it's posted as 15 mph.
Is going to take a child getting seriously injured or worse before these idiots slow down?
