HARWICH, Mass. (AP) - Harwich police have a musical mystery on their hands: Who left a piano in the middle of the woods? And why? The Baldwin piano discovered in the Bells Neck woods appears to be in perfect working condition and had a matching bench as if it had recently been played.

It was part of the "Woodlands Symphony Orchestra". The pianist was just on a potty break.

this story leaves a sour note in my ear, the key thing here is how did they move it? tis sound like the same old tune to me, Aliens. I'll have to keeo an eye on the wire for the results from this story. Ivory heard rumors the lid is closed abd the judge is sitting on the bench waiting for a report on the key findings.

Maybe it was a philosophy final exam and they wanted to find out the answer to, "does a piano being played in the forest make any noise if only the squirrels are there to hear it?"
