I think the ads themselves are stupid to encourage false hope of quick, effortless weight loss....However.. I totally think she could be around 205, and certainly not 350. If she weighed 205 and was average height, she would be roughly a size 20, which she looks to be.

I'm 5'7 and when I was at 205 wore size 14. so shorter than that you might be right.

Well, the main reason I posted this thread is because I am tired of people (Kirstie Alley, I'm looking at you!) claiming they used to be 200 lbs. at their heaviest period, when it's blatantly obvious they tipped the scales at a higher weight than that. My guess for Kirstie would be at least 240 lbs.
I am average height (5'4") still trying to lose baby weight after giving birth in June, and I weigh 198 lbs. I DO NOT look anything like this woman's 'before' pic, or Kirstie at her "heaviest" weight of 200 (yeah, right). I wear Misses' 12/14 or Junior size 15 jeans-no where near the size 20 one of the posters guessed for a woman of my weight.
I just wish people would come clean and stop lying about their 'before' weights. Oprah is another one...there is no way she weighs 165 lbs. I'd be willing to bet $ she's at least 195 lbs.
Because of ads like this and celebrities, people think a woman who weighs 200 lbs. looks like Star Jones before her surgery...and that's a load of bull!
i think they take a real person, add about 200 lbs to the pic using photo shop and then saying she lost the weight. same person, personal is already thin, before picture is a fake. that is my theory,,,,
