Well I am happy to report that my back is feeling much better !!
I know it was the combo of everyones good wishes and pushing the vacuum that whacked back in what was whacked out.

Sausage pizza is good, I haven't met too many pizzas I haven't liked. I really like chicken pizza.
Saturday is always laundry day at the zona household.
I like my eggs scrambled, light, easy or brown.
I've never been known to turn down a slice of pizza, sausage is fine.

I got up, isn't that enough? I'll probably straighten the house and go to the weight room at the aquatic center.

I'm spending the morning helping my youngest son get his finances in some semblence of order. He's a spender and he's gone a bit too far ... and a roommate with whom he live took off owing him lots of money that he'll probably never see. So now his rent and expenses have all doubled and he needs to learn a new skill - budgeting. I can help.

Scrambled, with a side of rye toast, bacon, sausage and grits! If you don't have grits, home fries or hash browns will do fine thank you.

Well since I really didn't get much done this week because of above mention back issue there is a big list, but I absolutely,positivity have to go to the mall to return a few things then to Home Depot and get to the grocery store
