test these things out to test if your body is 36 years of rotting and decaying since birth.

With each hand do five firm grips of finger into the palm and after you are done does it ache or feel sore..... aging syndrome

Look at the computer screen without any glasses or contacts or vision correction and close one eye for five seconds is everything come in clear on the screen or is it blurred or white out and does your eye feel tired afterwards.
Do this with the other eye ...... aging syndrome

Stand up and look in the mirror are you turning into a pear shape?.... aging syndrome.

look again in the mirror do you have any signs of crow feet around your eyes

Look again in the mirror ... gray hairs.

I dont know why people celebrate their own birthdays all they are doing is reminding that they are one day closer to death only parents should celebrate because they gave you life.

Only the body ages. The brain, if used properly remains young and vital! why just the other day, I said to myself, 'self, you are one young lady and still have a remarkable, and then we went to the store and while we were paddling in our canoe we leaped over the frogs that were reading the book for the 2nd time while blowing the candles on our invoice for the new trip to the zoo.' Ys siree bob, Keep the old grey matter active and , now what was I saying, Oh yeah,

...........................................there, see, my picture taken on my 37th birthday!!!!

So how, exactly, do you justify the "Sunny" part of your user name?
