Have you ever seen a bayou?

no but I love the song.

Do you have a favorite brand/flavor of toothpaste?
yup. Pepsodent. hard to find these days.

Have you ever eaten any weird meat such as armadillo?

had a fried grasshopper once. Pretty yukky but my sister bet me 50 cents I wouldn't eat it.

Which would make a better president - a cat or a dog?
a cat. A dog would be too willing to please. A cat would do what needs doing without cringing at the criticism.

Do you wear sunscreen? not as often as I shuld.

Pluot or Aprium?
neither.

I hope I didn't step on anyone's toes by putting up questions. I didn't see any volunteers under Mutt's post.
question away. It's all good.

thanks, etwist.

Do you have any plans for Labor Day? Didn't even remember it was Labor Day until Friday. Will make a final attempt to get butterfly photos. Like last year, haven't seen many full-sized ones.

Have you ever seen a bayou? No

Do you have a favorite brand/flavor of toothpaste? No

Have you ever eaten any weird meat such as armadillo? No.

Which would make a better president - a cat or a dog? Neither. A cat would get us into war by provoking everyone and a dog would spend us to death trying to please everyone to get more votes.

Do you wear sunscreen? No

Pluot or Aprium? Only if they are served with armadillo.

Good morning, E-Twist, and thank you! BayArea, I sure do hope you and your sweet hubby get some well deserved rest!

Do you have any plans for Labor Day? I plan to work.

Have you ever seen a bayou? Hey, I'm from New Orleans. Heck to the yes.

Do you have a favorite brand/flavor of toothpaste? Doesn't everyone? I like the Arm and Hammer ones, without peroxide in them.

Have you ever eaten any weird meat such as armadillo? Of course I have. Not armadillo though. I've eaten croc and alligator and rattlesnake though. Lots of other types of meats too, but I don't really consider those all that weird. Maybe they are.

Which would make a better president - a cat or a dog? I think a cat would because they aren't as gullible and clingy as dogs are, though I love both for different reasons.

Do you wear sunscreen? Every day of my life. I was diagnosed with melanoma not all that long ago.

Pluot or Aprium? I really like both so it's hard to say. Either! LOL Just not both at the same time.

Do you have any plans for Labor Day? I'll work and this is "catch up" time for me. The business phone doesn't ring, and there are no new assignments coming in. I started working at my computer at 4 a.m. today and am on a ROLL! I hope to be caught up by Tuesday morning, when the landslide starts again.

Have you ever seen a bayou? Yes

Do you have a favorite brand/flavor of toothpaste? No

Have you ever eaten any weird meat such as armadillo? Only frog legs

Which would make a better president - a cat or a dog? Neither. Cats and Dogs are too smart for that job, and listen well.

Do you wear sunscreen? Not often.

Pluot or Aprium? ?

Thanks for the Q of the Day!

Have you ever eaten any weird meat such as armadillo?

Hope your husbands has a speedy recovery Bay.

Both fruits are very tasty. Both are cross between plums and apricots. Pluots are more available in US stores.
^Well, I like both plums and apricots so I will have to try them sometimes then!

Do you have any plans for Labor Day?
watching a movie - maybe the most recent Guardians of the Galaxy, wrapping up plans for our upcoming trip to NYC, grilling flank steak,

Have you ever seen a bayou?
No. I’ve been on similar bodies of water but I’d love to have a float on one of the gulf coast bayous

Do you have a favorite brand/flavor of toothpaste?
Crest. Usually the gum control one

Have you ever eaten any weird meat such as armadillo?
I’ve had several meats that aren’t necessarily weird, but aren’t common grocery store meats in most of the US. That includes rabbit, snake, alligator, elk, eel, frog, game birds like quail. Of those, snake and eel are the closest to weird.

Which would make a better president - a cat or a dog?

a cat would make the better president of the “I own you, human” society

Do you wear sunscreen?
I do

Pluot or Aprium?
pluot - never had an aprium

Bay
1189 – Richard I of England (a.k.a. “Richard the Lionhearted") is crowned at Westminster.
Seems like it was just yesterday. Makes me think of the movie Lion in Winter, starring Peter O’Toole and Kate Hepburn.

Thank you both!
