I started a new health breakfast ritual,just a small bowl of savory Müsli a day.......
large steel oats
crushed flax seeds
wheat bran
brewer's yeast
marjoram
turmeric
cumin
black pepper
paprika
crushed coriander
nutmeg
linseed oil
black currant syrup
no salt and organic tomato juice
Mix all and let stand for a few hours outside.Then add milk,mix again and refrigerate for the next morning. Before serving it for breakfast add a small finely chopped onion,a bit of grated ginger and finely chopped garlic cloves.
~ Something you really like with 'gravy' on it: I like mushroom gravy with wild rice or gravy on garlic mashed potatoes
