Quick recap. We are walking in honor of a friend of ours who was recently murdered (domestic violence). She wasn't a cancer victim but did a lot of things to promote fundraising for American Cancer Society, etc. We have about 10 people who want to form a RFL team in our town and donate all the money in her name and her honor. We don't know what to call ourselves! I'm usually fairly creative but I'm stumped.

Any and all suggestions are welcome!

Yep, in this case, simple is best.

Thanks so much everyone for the DMs and the replies. I put the names to my team for a vote and we all agreed simple is best so we're using Meg's Friends.

That's very touching. I didn't know you could do that for someone who is NOT a cancer victim? That's why we're donating the funds in her honor/name. But she does have family that she lost to cancer (as do I which is why I've always been so active in this event and now I've got twice the reason!), so we will light luminaria for them.

What a wonderful way to honor your friend. Can you post a link to the donation website?

As others have suggested, a simple name might be best. Good luck, Trevor!
