They had bubbler fountains but no one ever used them, so the company provided bottled water coolers in different areas of each floor.

It’s mid-November, are there still any leaves on the trees there ? There's still plenty left to fall.

Just for Fun:
Are there public fountains in your area/locale ? Just the one at the Town Center here in Glen Burnie. There used to be a huge one at the inner harbor in Baltimore, but that one is being torn down. It didn't actually run for years.
If so, are they modern constructions (relatively recent) or historic architecture (closer to ancient) ? Both look like modern constructions to me.
Are they still in use, or defunct (dry, no running water/functional plumbing) ? The first one is still in daily use (not now though, it's getting too cold here), the other one is defunct.
Is there outdoor/nighttime lighting to showcase the fountain(s) ? Not that I know of.

Do you use “bubbler” drinking fountains or office water cooler/dispenser ?

No

It’s mid-November, are there still any leaves on the trees there ? This is my OMG season. I have many really big trees. My neighbors on each side have really big trees and when the wind blows one direction I get the leaves from one side and when the wind blows the other direction I get the leaves from the other side. Just when I have things cleaned up nice and neat I look out the next day and it's like I haven't done a thing. Most trees are now almost bare and you know, any more leaves and I'm taking my neighbor's approach and "I let the wind take care of them." Not kidding. He thinks this is funny - I believe his last name is Trump.

Aren't you glad you asked this question?

Just for Fun:
Are there public fountains in your area/locale ? No
