I wouldn't change a thing. I was blessed with good genes and a good mind. I could be Brad Pitt's mother, Parton body w (an older) Basinger face, or certainly a Monroe twin.
What I would do is knock about 30 years or so off my age and with what I know now, I'd take advantage of opportunities I was too stupid to realize were presented to me then and I don't mean Playboy either.

I'm 5'0", 125 lbs, brown hair/green eyes, very fair skinned, 43 years old.
My fantasy self would be 5'5", 110 lbs, chestnut brown hair/brown eyes, and darker skinned so I would tan easily. I'd go back to 35 again, but no younger. Oh, and while I'm at it I'd replace my "A" cup with a "C" cup. One more thing, my teeth would be whiter (not blinding, unreal white - but not as bad as they are now). And since I'm getting small moles on my face now (ick!), I'd get rid of those as well. But I'm not picky or anything...
NOW:
I am 5'5, size 6/7, light blue eyes, medium length wavy red hair.
MAGICAL ME:
I would be 5'7, wear a size 5...have long curly DARK brunette hair, still my light blue eyes...and lips that would rival Angelinas.

I would have been more self-promoting in my career. Taken up the offers of modeling around the world, maybe trained for a film or music career when I was in NYC, Hollywood, Nashville. Would have paid more attention when asked by a producer to move to LA with him, or that top producer on Wall Street, or that Forbes list guy.
It's too bad we're so dumb when we're young. I had no idea how the world worked then, and had no mentors, unfortunately.
