You're reading my mind these days, Karla.

Today I'd say nearly all my rooms are junk rooms and I'm trying earnestly to change it.

Yep, the garage, a bedroom and a storage shed. sometimes the stuff just gets moved from one location to another. That makes us think we got rid of something. Not.

The same color blue and a corner unit as well.

Karla,,, thanks for posting the picture. They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words and believe me it’s hard to find the words to describe those pictures. But PLEASE don’t feel alone ~ Mrs Aksarben and I have collected the same good items and stored them just as you have.

We have a 4 bedroom home where two can be used for what they were intended for. A two car garage but you can’t park a bike inside it. A storage shed outback that is full. Why would I keep all this stuff that I’ve got, I don’t know. The only answer I can come up with is “it’s too good to throw away, not good enough that anyone else wants it and I’ve worked too hard to earn the money to buy it in the beginning. It’s valuable stuff, when the time comes that I need “stuff” I’ll have it on hand. There’s no need to run to the store for anything ~ it’s in one of these bedrooms or garage or storage shed and if it isn’t there then I don’t need to go and buy it anyway.

Oh, I forgot the craft room otherwise known as the dungon where the Super Chief does mysterious things. Just today, she drags out a box that she is going to clear out. Well in the box there are 26 paper punches of various shapes and 44 pairs of scissors that cut differently. After going thru them, she decided she needed all of them. Go figure.

Aksarnen,
I know what you mean, 4 bedroom house, 2 1/2 car garage (still haven't found a 1/2 car yet). Only the 2 of us left in the house and it's too small.

Ahh, we are people of excess. Wanna make money? Invest in off site storage companies.

Oh, and we added 550 sq ft to the house for more room.
