What's with all the "foundation repair" businesses popping up these days all over the country? Must be good money in such a business as it seems everyone's home is now sinking, rising, sliding or slipping?

This is the most relaxing holiday season I've had in years. No rushing around shopping for gifts, no parties or other social obligations. I could get used to this.
What has happened to CD since I left and returned? Where is everyone?
