Well, I thought I'd said my goodbyes, and was looking forward to a nice peaceful time away from City-Data, to spend time with my family.
That was until my daughter decided to create havoc, by breaking her 'new' computer and ruining my cabinet (by getting nail polish over it).
So I felt the need to return - to vent on "The stress and venting thread".
My daughter has now redeemed herself, by offering to (or did we make her? ) pay to fix the broken computer, out of her own money. Plus she's been teaching me how to roller skate (as her roller skates fit me too!).
While I wait for my stylist irritated that I have to tip on top of an expensive cut. Besides tipping the person who shampoos my hair. Tipping is a bit out of control. That is what I am thinking about!

Hiya Gigi....... I have talked plenty about the American tipping culture elsewhere in c-d. Those tipping threads are real interesting, as they reveal the annoyance many Americans feel about this. But what can you do...... it is what it is I guess.
