And I just love the bait and switch!! I applied at a location that has two restaurants in it. One high end, one not. I applied at high end one and was scheduled for an interview today for it. I drove 40 MILES ONE WAY and after getting to the interview-I was told the high end was fully staffed and only the lower end had availability.
I am thinking there are more and more of us on this planet who have nothing to do with growing food or treating sick,what will happen if there is a global catastrophe,we dont know how to farm,raise cattle,treat patients?
Someone on the weather channel last night was spoofing us about Tuesday’s forecast? I was expecting bright sunny and warm when I got out of bed, maybe after breakfast, before lunch? Nope. More like, Closer to dinner.

That sucks! I'm guessing that not all those who got hired for the high-end restaurant are as qualified as you.
