I had rain for a couple of days straight. Well I thought it was rain, but it can't have been, since when I tried to rotavate a veg patch, the soil was still rock hard. Not the right kind of rain, I suppose.
Oh yeah; Is rotavate, not in the American English dictionary?

Hi Becs, it seems to be there. Think we use rototill more often.
I'm not really sure any more but I think it's that wet stuff that on occasion falls out of clouds without being frozen into a hard ball or a flake?
That's what I thought but it's been far too long for me to remember for sure. I'm no longer sure I would know it if I saw it.
We've been lucky so far with the fires. We have had a few but the fire departments are doing a really great job. The fire up by Las Vegas is scary big.

Good morning, Motormaker. Hmm, rototill, yeah, I think that is a more descriptive word.
Another word that the spellcheck doesn't like though. I don't know if anyone else does this, but the seeds of doubt are cast, so I go off a check my spelling. Some of the time, I'm right!
Well, I've got another bit to rototill, once I've got all the rocks out. Great crops of rocks in this area, sometimes I wonder where they all came from, especially when they do damage.
