His note to the other passengers reads in part:
"My three-year-old daughter, Molly, was bummed that she wouldn’t be able to go trick-or-treating this year due to this flight... so I decided to bring trick-or-treating to her,” the note said. “If you are willing, when my little donut comes down the aisle, please drop this in her basket. You’ll be making her Halloween! . . . "
karla with a K who pretty much started the Question Of The Day thread, I think around 2008, change name to KWAK and then to FLPL75.
She is still very active CD poster.
Maybe under a different user name. FLPL75 last posted in January 2015.
Karla single-handedly started the QotD or Questions of the Day, threads with the title Today's Question(s), followed by the day and date. (which some have said made them easy to find) Here is the first one: Todays question Wednesday 11-14-07
Karla's questions developed into a regular pattern where she usually asked sets of questions starting with Today's Question(s) followed by Bonus Questions and Extra Credit Questions and a Just For Fun section. Yep even though it's all for fun. At some point she also threw in a few light-hearted Today in History items - no crime or war, a Word of the Day, and a list of holidays and observances under the heading Today Is.
She did the questions almost every single day until autumn 2011 when she asked CDers to volunteer to take on a day or days they would do on an ongoing basis. She continued to do some of the questions until autumn 2012.
Everyone who enjoys the daily Qs has Karla with a K, aka Kwak, aka FLPL75 to thank for it.
