The competition between Mustangs and Camaros started long ago. You never see any Pintos or Mavericks at the old car shows. Wonder why

I prefer doing things alone too.

While I'm used to pretty much doing things by myself, there are certain activities that are just more fun doing with someone else. I try to coordinate schedules with friends so we can go together but if not I usually just pass.

Love, love, love the cars!!! Those mustangs are awesome

Good morning Jez and pevs

Depends......If I know what I am doing and can do it then I would rather do it by myself.

Hoping everyone has a great week. So far a very good summer. best one in a long long time that I can remember.

How is that for a hot mustang. I love that car

I hate doing things alone. Don't necessarily need anyone to help, just to talk to while I do the work. To help solve the Mustang/Camaro problem I submit.

Chevy engine, Ford rear end, Opel front suspension.

Body work and paint by oldest son

Paint stripping and sanding by youngest son

Engine by me. We worked together

Cooking, hate it, glad I have a great cook to do it.
I love those classic Mustangs. Nice pictures Jezer.

In case anyone has forgotten, 2014 is the Ford Mustang's 50th birthday. It was introduced sometime around the middle of 1964.

Hmm.. On the subject of cars.. There are instances where doing things by yourselves can be advantageous... Like... driving a Camaro... Have you ever had a woman with you as a passenger.. while going over 100 MPH on the road? Ooops.. .. (Pssst.. I love Mustangs and Challengers too. )

Having to do something by yourself.

Sometimes it's best to do it that way, sometimes not so much.Lately, I like a bit of company as long as they don't get in the way.

I always knew there was alot of enthusiasm for American cars in the UK and Europe, it's nice to see the enthusiasm has not waned.
