I know, I feel the same way. I work in the field of medical transcription and do a lot (and it is "a lot" not "alot") of QA on reports, checking for grammar, punctuation and the like. It just makes me cringe when I come on some of these message boards and the posts look like something a kid in elementary school would type. However, I have learned to just look over most of the errors and enjoy what the person is trying to say. Some of these people who have a hard time with the proper English and spelling of words as well as grammar just might be better with numbers or something else that I absolutely can't (as in "cannot") stand, so I guess it's (as in "it is") a fair trade.
I think now before I post I will have to use the dictionary and be perfect.
Personally I think there are so many other things in this world to worry about.
