Wearing nothing but a blonde wig, pink gloves and pink shoes and hair-removal cream on his face.. Only one word/question comes to mind.. WHY??? No matter how many excuses he comes up with to.. Cover up this incident, I'm sure the.. Bare truth will be.. Exposed some day..

I like to think that men who do things like this are high on something. I'll bet his face was itching terribly from hair removal cream.
Edit: I posted before reading the article. It shows that he has "no fixed abode" so if he's destitute, maybe he was trying to dig some clothes out of a trash bin and pink shoes, pink gloves was all he could find - along with a blonde wig to keep his head warm. But he was also carrying a bottle of vodka.
