Morning y’all
. . . . . Didja Know?
In what appears to be a very slow news day in the UK, Larry the Downing Street cat has finally caught
a mouse

He has faced accusations of chillaxing ever since he was appointed – not least because of his tendency to
fall asleep on the job.

After a barren year he leapt into action yesterday, and was found sitting proudly alongside a dead mouse
outside No 10.

The deputy director of communications at No 10, tweeted: ‘Just arrived at work. Larry the cat sitting
proudly outside No 10 front door with a dead mouse next to him.’

She added: ‘Contrary to popular belief Larry is not a tart for the cameras and moved.’

I think they hired him for Pest Control and solve the mystery of missing cheese, now those Meeses are gonna be scared.. I guess Larry scratched the surface of this mystery and he deserves a hand-shake.. or whatever they call it in Cat language... I also hope he knows how to cook the mouse.. and he should have chocolate Mouse.. err.. Mousse with it for dessert..

Did anyone really see him catch it, or is this maybe just a ploy to keep Larry working???

Maybe the mouse just dropped dead of old age...

I always said "A good Mouse Is A Dead Mouse" - Don't tell Peta, I said that...

LOL my thoughts exactly. Someone put a kitty cam on the cat and let's watch him catch another one.

Nope, I didn't know that, Joy! Very cute story.

One of my cats caught a mouse for the first time (that I know of) a couple of weeks ago. I was sitting in my recliner in the family room and saw her trot by with a live mouse in her mouth! I was able to capture the mouse and release it outside at the far back of my lot.
