Good morning
A big shout out to M. Mike for today's factoid
. . . . . Didja Know?
Being rejected twice from the art academy in Vienna Austria and despite the fact he was flat broke, an 18
year old Adolf Hitler made no attempt whatsoever to get a job; considering himself far above that

He eventually ended up sleeping on park benches, begging for money - a dirty and smelly young man in
tattered clothes.

Unfortunately for the entire world, in 1909 when Hitler was freezing and half-starved, he was able to move
into a homeless shelter and take his meals at a soup kitchen run by nuns at a convent.

I have wondered before.....what if.....Adolph Hitler had been accepted as an art student at the Vienna Art Institute......how would history have been different? If only.....if only......he had had just a bit more artistic talent.

Incidentally, his paintings are historically collectible.

If, at age 18, he already felt he was "far above" working to earn his way in life, he was already rotten to the core.

It's also ironic that he sold some of his art work to a couple of Jewish shop owners in Vienna, and he even befriended some people in the Jewish faith.

The only art school he should have enrolled in is one that teaches people to get along with their neighbors/neighboring countries.

In my opinion, I don't think going through an art institute in Vienna would have changed anything. It would also be a little strange having his paintings sitting or hanging on a wall in my house, it's just the fact of seeing a painting, which in some cases represents serenity and peace, was done by a very evil person.

Adolf suffered with chronic gas. He was treated for it all through the war. I can just see him, bent over a table of maps, surrounded by his generals.

A loud, tuneful fart fills the air. His generals moving slightly away, except the most loyal!!

The accurate description for him is evil and there are no levels in that category.
