Today’s Question(s):
When was the last time you honked your horn at another car?
Been awhile.

Do you honk your horn:
If someone cuts you off? x
If someone turns in front of you? depends how it's done but if it involves cutting me off,... see above.
In traffic jams? no
If the light turns green and the car in front of you doesn’t move? not right away like some I've noticed in DC do even BEFORE the light changes to green.
If someone is going too slowly in front of you? no, I just try to find a way to safely pass.
If someone is hesitating unnecessarily in taking a turn? no, not really. I might curse a little under my breath but I'll try to find a way to safely get around them.

To say “hi” to a friend you see? a light tap maybe but rarely happens.
Other reasons?

Extra Credit Question:

Does your current or most recent employer or school hold fire drills?
Yes, to fire drills.

Do you have a household emergency preparedness plan?

Think we have enough of a few supplies to get by for a day or two.

Bonus Question:

Do you have a camera?

Probably about 3, maybe 4.

If so, is it a film camera or a digital camera?

One good one and the other two are the cell phone cameras. I think we have a film camera somewhere in the house.

Is your camera the basic kind where you pretty much just push a button and the camera does the rest, or do you have all the fancy gadgets to enhance your photos?

The easy kind

Do you have a photo you’ve taken recently that you’d like to share here?

naw, probably not.

Just for Fun:

What was your favorite book when you were a child?

When I was reallllly little, the Dr. Suess' book, "Green Eggs and Ham" was a hit. Earlier mentioned titles, ie- Bobbsey Twins and some Dicken's classics.

Hoping everybody has a decent Monday.

Today’s Question(s):
When was the last time you honked your horn at another car?
I don't remember.

Do you honk your horn:
Generally, when I honk a horn it's just to say: "You're about to run in to me!" I don't believe in honking horns to "punish" other drivers. One exception is if the light turns green and the car in front doesn’t move - but only if there's a long enough delay that you can figure they are texting instead of looking at the light.

Extra Credit Question:
Does your current or most recent employer or school hold fire drills?
No.
Do you have a household emergency preparedness plan?
Somewhat.

Bonus Question:
Do you have a camera?
If so, is it a film camera or a digital camera?
I have two digital cameras. A good one and an inexpensive one bought on a vacation a couple of years ago.

Is your camera the basic kind where you pretty much just push a button and the camera does the rest, or do you have all the fancy gadgets to enhance your photos?
Both, as you can imagine the good one has more options.

Do you have a photo you’ve taken recently that you’d like to share here?
If you insist.
Here's a picture of the stainglass decorated transom window over the front door at Sun Studio at 706 Union Avenue taken a couple of years ago. Since then it has been partially covered by part of a security door frame. You can't get this interior shot anymore. That's the whole point of stainglass is the backlighted colors seen from inside.

Just for Fun:
What was your favorite book when you were a child?
One book was about a boy growing up on a farm in the 1800s. I wore that book out.

Today in History:
1564 – Birth of playwright William Shakespeare - born on Monday, baptized on Thursday.
1616 – Death of playwright William Shakespeare
