When I had to drive back up there - It was almost 3 hours from where I was living - Small town in Kansas - The judge (i was issued a speeding ticket) Said if I wanted to fight it, I'd have to get a lawyer and spend time in court -
I was told what the cop did (through others) was a big no no.
