5 NATURAL REMEDIES FOR BODY ODOR

If you ever have a problem with body odor, thy these natural remedies:

1. Choose natural fabrics instead of synthetics.

2. Skip garlic and onions, which can be absorbed in your body in such a way that the odor is released in your sweat.

3. Apply apple cider vinegar as a natural underarm deodorant.

4. Cut back on meat, since the proteins and oils from meats can remain in your body's excretions long after eating.

5. Benefit from good bacteria. Take a daily acidophilus supplement to fight odor from the inside out. Acidophilus is a probiotic bacterium that helps aid digestion.

Work will make you sweat and sweat will make you smell...

Now wait a chicken pluckin' second here ... I do NOT stink! I just stumbled upon this handy tip on my email login screen and forwarded to Pam so she can give our fellow stinky posters this handy tip.

In fact, I smell like Amber Romance scent from Victoria Secret

1. Choose natural fabrics instead of synthetics. Natural fabrics are always better.

2. Skip garlic and onions, which can be absorbed in your body in such a way that the odor is released in your sweat. That would be a consideration for someone with serious body odor problem. I'm told by European acquaintances that Italians really do eat so much garlic it oozes from bodies and everyone is accustomed to the smell. But an American riding in a car full of Italians needs a window open! So I'm told.

3. Apply apple cider vinegar as a natural underarm deodorant. ACV is like duct tape and WD40 .... good for everything!

4. Cut back on meat, since the proteins and oils from meats can remain in your body's excretions long after eating. A little digression from the stinky problem.... Too much meat, especially red meat,
can cause serious digestive problems. I speak from experience.

5. Benefit from good bacteria. Take a daily acidophilus supplement to fight odor from the inside out. Acidophilus is a probiotic bacterium that helps aid digestion.
