Greenburgh, NY (AHN) - A 48-year-old robber, who refused to take $10 bill from his victim because he only wanted $4, was caught Tuesday.

Police said that after he took the $4 from his victim, the suspect hurriedly left, only to be captured a few blocks from the place of the incident.

The suspect, James Mitchell was arraigned on robbery and weapon charges Tuesday while his lawyer, Arlene Popkin, refused to comment.
