Those of us who have kids or grandkids, how is it that you chose their names? Was it something random? The first name that came into your head after he/she was born?
My oldest daughter had her grandmothers first name, her dad named her. But she changed it at the age of 13, we took her down and it was her choice. Next daughter, dad named her too. But her full name was French and still is.
My son, well, I picked his name, named him after one of my brothers, who passed on. I had a part in helping name one of my grandkids but was a little disappointed when another had an ex's family member's name, but oh well, shes still beautiful.
Well, not that many people know this because I've kept it a secret.. and I feel very embarrassed revealing it.. I have to gather enough nerve first.. My parents named me Dork, but I changed it when I grew up, now Dork is my middle name..
Okay, but seriously, if I were to bring a child into this world, I would definitely choose a name from the Bible. I would name the boy Joshua, the girl Miriam.

You wouldnt give him/her a computer or airplane name? Like, Cessna, or Boeing, or Delete, or Firefox...?
If I ever (hypothetically speaking, of course, lol) had another one I would call him/her 'Page Error'.
I prefer "Page Turner."
